Marriage & Relationship Therapy
Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) are trained in systemic therapy, which prepares them to work effectively with individuals, couples, and families. They offer pre-marital counseling to help partners explore and address potential relationship stressors, and provide family therapy that includes parent-child dynamics as well as couples and marriage counseling. In addition to her MFT training, Danesha is specifically certified in the Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital assessment program, enhancing her ability to support couples in building strong, resilient relationships.
